Research on the Governance of "Spiritual Poverty" in the Post-2020 Era in the Context of Meta-narrative

Abstract: Poverty eradication is a bold idea and ideal pursuit of people in the context of meta-narrative. In the post-2020 era when absolute material poverty is eliminated, spiritual poverty has become the main feature of the grand field of "the primary stage of socialism", which is more difficult to control than material poverty. "Spiritual poverty", as a kind of poverty in mental state, value orientation and life concept, is human's "behavioral failure". We need to thoroughly eradicate "poverty" by carrying forward the "shame culture" of poverty, overcoming the "poor mentality" of the poor, stimulating the endogenous motive force and positive energy of the poor, expanding the "bandwidth" of the poor, and establishing the "mental poverty control law".This persistent disease of human society.
